1. No Cash Refunds

All purchases made on Learning247.org are non-refundable. Once a course, subscription, or service is purchased, the payment is considered final.


2. Cancellations and Wallet Credits

If a user cancels a course or subscription before completing a significant portion of the content (as defined by our system), the value of the unused portion may be credited to the user's Learning247 wallet.

These wallet funds:

  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash

  • Can only be used for future purchases on Learning247.org

  • May have a validity period if specified


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Platform or technical failures that prevent access
    These are handled at our discretion and may still result in wallet credits rather than cash refunds.


4. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation and credit:

  • Include your account email and order reference

  • Our support team will review your request within 3–5 business days
